This experiment was created for the sole purpose of allowing me to comment on Hirhurim, a blog by a rather conservative commentator on modern issues in Orthodox Jewish life. However, since I am here, I would not want to disappoint random visitors to my seductive blog title. So, occaisonally, I will try to offer coherent summaries of various interesting ideas that have come this way, which will amply reward my visitor (if you like that sorta thing: philosophy and theology), and justify this blog's existence.

Or I may decide this blog is illegitimate, and let it die. We shall see...
